Real builds, delivered in 3–7 days
A short engagement focused on real strategy and building, delivered within 3–7 days. You get the audit and roadmap a consultant would deliver — plus whatever real, working AI integration is realistic to ship into your stack within the window. Scope is agreed together at kickoff.
Maximum build, delivered in 7–30 days
For when a week is not enough. A 7–30 day delivery window where I build as much high-impact AI integration as can realistically ship, complete and working. Same scope-loose, quality-firm working model as Business — at ten times the effort, for the larger or more complex builds that need real time to land.
These are delivery windows, not billable hours, and they come with a loose scope commitment by design. When you book, you are buying a commitment to build as much high-impact code as possible within the window — not a fixed count of features. We agree priorities together at kickoff, I tell you on day one if something does not fit, and we adjust.
What ships will be complete and working. Nothing gets delivered half-done. If a build cannot be finished cleanly inside the window, it is descoped at the planning stage — not handed over as a broken stub at the deadline. The bar for "shipped" is the same as on my own products: real, deployable, and useful on day one.
I run several projects in parallel and split my time across them. Your project gets top-of-queue priority for its window, and the goal is always the same: maximum high-impact code shipped, fully working, within the agreed timeframe.
I would rather tell you this upfront than oversell exclusivity I cannot honestly deliver. If you need a full-time embedded consultant clocking hours, or a fixed-scope statement-of-work, I am probably not the right fit. If you want a builder who ships valuable AI-integrated software on a deadline with honest expectations, this is exactly that.
Every engagement starts with a kickoff call. If, after that call, I do not see clear opportunities to deliver meaningful value for your business within the package you selected, I reserve the right to issue a full refund before any work begins. This is rare — but I would rather refund cleanly than take money for an engagement I cannot honestly deliver on.
You are covered the same way: after the initial call, before work starts, you can request a full refund for any reason. No friction, no questions asked.
