Newsletter subscribers: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address. No other personal data is collected through the subscribe form.

Server logs: Our web server automatically logs IP addresses and request data for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a limited time and are not shared with third parties.

How we use your data

Your email address is used solely to send you our newsletter email sequence. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.

Email service

We use ElasticEmail as our email delivery provider. Your email address is transmitted to ElasticEmail for the purpose of delivering emails. Their privacy policy is available on their website.

• Request deletion of your data by contacting us at mail@alekblom.com
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you

Cookies

This site uses the following cookies:

• Session cookie: Used for admin authentication only.
• cookie_consent: Records your cookie consent preference (1 year).
• affiliate_ref: If you arrive via an affiliate referral link and accept cookies, we store the referrer's public wallet address (90 days). This is used to split payment on-chain when you purchase an NFT, so the affiliate receives their commission directly. The wallet address is public blockchain data.

No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used. You can decline the referral cookie when prompted, and your purchase will proceed normally with 100% going to the artist.

Blockchain data

When you purchase an NFT, your public wallet address and transaction details are recorded on the Sui blockchain (public, immutable) and in our database for order records. If a referral affiliate was involved, their public wallet address and the referral commission amount are also stored.
